THANKS to Thurles Parish for the Liturgy of Thanksgiving and Farewell Gathering upon our leaving for pastures new, in particular, to all who prepared for and participated on the night of Oct 6th last. It was good to meet, pray and celebrate our work together with music, song and dance. It was a great night that was really appreciated by our families. The entire event was a testimony to Thurles Parish as a leaven of life within our community. A special thanks for the presentation of the beautiful bog oak pieces which will continue to remind us of our ministry in Thurles Parish. Frs. Martin, Gerry & Tomás.

With thanks to all involved, in particular, the staff of our local secondary schools and the volunteers from our parish who contributed by way of hospitality afforded as well as to the rehearsals, staging and administration of the whole event.
