Following on from our Open Discussions on Pope Francis’ words on “Care for Our Common Home”, a group has been formed in our parish to develop the themes of care for God’s creation. To begin this work it is hoped that further time will be spent reflecting on the Christian call to care for God’s Earth. Our next meeting will be on Wednesday, 18th November at 6:30 p.m. in the Parish Centre. The excerpts for reflection are paragraphs 13-16 and 209-215 of Laudato Si and copies are available at the Parish Centre. More members would be most welcome to come along on the 18th.
